IS IT GRAMMATICALLY CORRECT IF TOU SAY : TALK TO ME IN ENGLISH.OR IS THE ONLY WAY TO SAY IT USING THE VERB TO SPEAK.ARE THEY INTERCHANGEABLE IN THIS CASE?( THE PURPOSE IS TO MOTIVATE STUDENTS OF A BILINGUAL SCHOOL TO USE ENGLISH INSTEAD OF SPANISH TO IMPROVE THIS LANGUAGE(A SCHOOL WHERE THE MOTHER TONGUE IS SPANISH.)THE IDEA IS TO USE IT IN AN ADVERTISING BUTTON.

I have no issue with either verb here... I would normally say "speak" but it's your choice.

Grammatically, both are possible! I don't know the context that you want to use it in but I guess "Talk to ..." sounds better in this sentence.

Is it possible to say in telephone English such as "Can I talk to MrX?" instead of "Can I speak to MrX?"
