Greetings to you all, Please could you help out with this? Do we say "learn any knowledge" in english?
e.g They can not learn any Knowledge.
Best Regards.
***** NOT A TEACHER *****
(1) A teacher will soon answer you.
(2) I just wanted to respectfully remind you that "cannot" is usually spelled as
one word: I cannot speak your first language.
(3) It is separated only in something like:
Tom can not only speak and read 10 languages but also understand 15 more
languages when he hears them.
1) Cannot is one word
2) Knowledge only needs a capital letter at the beginning of a sentence or the beginning of a quotation.
3) We don't say "learn knowledge". We usually say either simply "learn [something]" or "gain knowledge" but the two are not exactly the same.
For your specific sentence, I would say:
They cannot learn.
They cannot learn anything.
They are incapable of learning.
As usual, it would depend on context.
