    Default You

    Hi,

You're not going to the beach today? Well, so what, you can go tomorrow.

What does the sentence mean? My question is that shouldn't it be "I can" rather than "you can" in the sentence?

    Thanks a lot

You should know by now that You're not going to the beach today? would be a more relevant thread title.

'Are you not going to the beach today? It doesn't matter, you can go tomorrow.'

Why would you want to change you to I?
