    Dear all,

Would I be right if I said "have a lot of sales for this model?"

    Thank you

It would be better if you used a full sentence. How about, "Do you sell many of this model?"

There is something needed in front to make this sentence correct.
I have a lot of sales for this model.
Do you have a lot of sales for this model?
Does your company have a lot of sales for this model?

Have a lot of sales for this model? might be used in informal conversations.

I'm not sure if you're trying to construct a statement or a question.

    1) I sell a lot of this model.
    2) Do you sell a lot of this model?
    3) We achieve a lot of sales with this model.
    4) Do you get many sales with this model?
