There's no 'to'. But it would rarely if ever be said.
Would you go there?/ I would go there. [That would be my choice; I wouldn't be dissuaded]
Should you go there? [Do you have permission?]/I don't see why not - there are no rules against it. is a more likely response - the response 'I should go there' normally doesn't fit in that context.
However, this exchange is possible:
Are you going there? /'I should go there [I ought to] but I'm going to think of an excuse.
