    Default help me with this sentence

    Please can any one tell me whether both sentences are correct?"Parents are as important in providing guidance to children as are educators"and "Parents are as important in providing guidance to children as educators"
    In some articles i find sentences like the first one and in others i find sentences like the second one! Thank you for your help in advance.

    Please remember to use a capital letter for the first person singular pronoun.

    It is fortunate that bhaisahab got to your question before I did. I read it too quickly and did not initially spot the problem that bhai did. It's the sort of mistake that some native speakers make, and it does not generally cause misunderstandings however, it is still a mistake. Moving a couple of words will make the intended meaning of your sentence completely clear.
