Is there smth wrong?
In this sentence:"Give at one minute and five minutes after birth, the Apgar test quickly assesses an infant’s breathing, skin color, reflexes, motion, and heart rate".
I wonder why " reflexes" in the plural? Incase of parallel structure, I think it should be "reflex".

I believe the doctor checks at the elbow and the kneecap area, which makes it 'reflexes'.
