I have a questions on my assignment, and I don't know what the questions is asking for.

Identify four or five of the point..., together with an explanation of why you consider these point.. to be important, a measure of the standard to be achieved for these requirements and a means of assessing whether this standard has been achieved.

As in my understanding,
