What do (we) have to do to stay safe when we are struck by lightning? I doubt that you could do anything after you are struck by lightning.

Has Stanley read about that man in/on the internet? Possible.
When did Stanley last see that man?

1. I am not sure whether we can really be 'injured' by an electric shock. I think 'harmed' might be better. Perhaps others have better suggestions.
2. This is grammatically correct, but I think that it's a bit late to think about this after we have been struck.

Where was he struck by lightning? This is ambiguous. Do you want to know what his location was when he was struck by lightning (in London, in a field, on the roof of his house etc) or do you want to know which part of his body was struck by lightning (head, feet, hands etc)?

I put 'possible' by that (rather than a ). I would use the past perfect, but I don't think we can call the past simple 'wrong'.

"Had" is probably more appropriate with "before", but I don't think "did" is necessarily wrong.
