Can I use "About" at the beginning of a sentense?
Example: About that thing, I have an opinion that....
or I must use: Regarding to that thing, I have an opinion that ....
Related to that thing, I have an opinion that ....
With regard to that thing, I have an opinion that ...

I wouldn't use 'Related to'.

I might use '(While) on that subject, I ...'

Informally, I'd say, "Talking of X, I...'
