Please help me, I want to know which sentences is grammatically correct, and so which one is better sentence.

They are both correct, though in the 1st sentence I'd say "What was the miracle they are talking about?" or "What miracle are they talking about?" or "Which miracle are they talking about?" For some reason, I like using the present continuous tense here.
1. What was the miracle that they talk about?
2. Was the event really a miracle?
It's important to keep in mind that one sentence can only be "better" than another one if they mean the same thing, or communicate the same information.
If they mean different things (as these obviously do), then the "better" sentence is the one that means what you intend to communicate.
