can u tell me about the meaning of idiom: "such men don't grow on every brush?"

Gee, I'm not sure. If it's bush, not 'brush', the idiom is from, you don't find flowers that rare or [/b]exceptional[/b] or unusualon every bush. That is, 'such men' are a rare breed, uncommon.
