Could you please check if the sentences which i wrote are correct or not.
1)I have finished University of Dormund and 2 years later (or then ) i have studied for doctorate and later I have come back.
or
I have finished University of Dormund and 2 years later i studied for doctorate and later I came back.
2)I have bought a car recently and I have sold it.

I just wanted to learn what will hapen if I write those sentences successively. I know we make them by 'simple past' .
A : Have you cleaned my t-shirt?
B : Yes, I have
A : Hmm...I think coffee has been dropped on this t-shirt (or coffee was dropped on this t-shirt ) (which one ? )
B :I see...You should clean it again
OR
A :Have you cleaned my t-shirt?
B :Yes I have but I dropped coffee on that t-shirt and then I cleaned it again 1 hour ago.

Is it important the coffee to spill on the t-shirt after washing it if we use 'present perfect tense' ?
Yes I have washed then I droped coffee on it.
or
Yes I have washed then I have dropped coffee on it.
