    Default can better bring up

Entertaining movies can better bring up social issues and give the massage. Can I use ''better''or should I compare it with other type of movies?

    Thank you for your response.

Try not to use "massage" for "message". It could get you into trouble one day.
You can't use "better" unless you are making a comparison. Entertaining movies can better bring up social issues than what? Perhaps you mean "than non-entertaining movies", but that isn't at all clear.

    Would this be better:
Entertaining movies can portray social issues and convey the message (what message?)
