which style to use

Hi teachers,

I am working as a compliance staff in a life insurance company in Vietnam. Sometimes, I have to translate some of our company's regulations into English. I confuse to use which style to write. For example:
- Fully comply with all laws, regulations of AVI and the Company
- To put customers' interests prior claim to personal interests
- Possess excellent skills
- Have high professionalism
- Beingreliable and trusted by the customers
- Respected by coleagues

Can I wite:
Putting cutomers' interests instead of "to put".

Please help me.

- Be reliable and trusted by the customers
- Be respected by colleagues. This is a strange rule. Perhaps you mean, "Respect colleagues"

Can I wite:
Putting cutomers' interests instead of "to put". No.

Even if you don't start a list with a phrase such as "All staff must:", the items in the list should all follow the same grammatical pattern.
