Dear Teacher part of one of my assignments I have to right a recommendation for one of my colleague. I wrote the whole recommendation except the conclusion sentence, I am confusing is it correct grammatically and syntax.

So could some one advice me and give me my errors in this statement.

I strongly believe that Mr. XXX added value to companies which he belongs to.

In English-speaking language and society, a person does not belong to any company he/she works for- it sounds too close to slavery. Better to use the words associated with.

I strongly believe that Mr. XXX added value to companies with which he was associated.

Less formal English, but more common today:

I strongly believe that Mr. XXX added value to companies he was associated with.

I strongly believe that Mr X would be a valuable asset for the company.
