    Default To do with

Accusations and counter accusations by various politicalgroups over the past 24 hours clearly suggest that the latest round of killings in old Karachi has very little to do with the ongoing war between Lyari’s criminal gangs.
Please explain what is meaning of underlined sentence?

    ***** NOT A TEACHER *****

I think that it means something like:

The ongoing war between Lyari's criminal gangs really is not the reason for

the latest round of killings in old Karachi. (In other words, there is another

reason -- not the gangs' ongoing war.)
