Help we are having a conversation about our new website - Our company is called Wild Things.
The heading has been put as Who is Wild Things? or should this be who are Wild Things?
Being that the company is singular but the people who make up the company are many.
can someone please advise.
Many thanks
As a British English speaker, I often use plural verbs with collective nouns and I would use are here because it sounds better to me with the plural Things, though other people may feel differently. However, if this is on a website as a link or button, couldn't you sidestep the problem by using something like Who we are/Who are we?
