    Arrow Book X Days Out

He said travelers would “need to book 7 to 10 days out.”
This "book X days/weeks/years out" seems to be some sort of Americanism.

Well, as we said in the other thread, it does not appear to be common in BrE. However, the article you took the expression from was British. Perhaps we'd better wait to see what some native speakers of AmE have to say. It may be uncommon everywhere.

He said travelers would “need to book 7 to 10 days out.”

Means travelers need to book 7-10 days ahead- call to make a reservation 7-10 days before they want to arrive.

The thread did not experience technical difficulties. I shut it because words and replies were being twisted or ignored. I am going to shut this thread too.
