Default at a high modern level

    Hello,
I wanted to ask if that sentence below sounds right. I wasn't sure about "at a high modern level". Would "at" work here?

"The project will be conducted at a high modern level by highly-skilled specialists"?

    Thank you.

I'm not sure what you want to say with "at a high modern level".

I meant technological level. So, the word "modern" is not an option here?

No, "modern" is not appropriate. In fact the sentence needs to be completely rewritten, you might try something like this:
"The project will be conducted by highly-skilled specialists using the latest technology"
    Dready and 5jj like this.

I just need to squeeze the word "level" somewhere in the sentence. Is there a possibility?

bhaisahab's version sounds pretty good to me. Why is it so important to you to include the word 'level'? 'Latest' implies that there there is technology that is less up-to-date, i.e., at a lower level.

Here is the whole sentence: The project will be conducted at a high technological level by highly-skilled and competent specialists in the field of biotechnology using up-to-date technology and devices.

It already has words "technology" and "using" at the end of the sentence, that's why I wanted something else there.
