Default testifying of plausibility of a few sentences

    Dear teachers,

Would you be kind enough to give me your considered opinion concerning the plausibility of the sentences below?

My girlfriend is a person with a facile disposition.

Her sweet disposition was the greatest recommendation to be my wife

She is a woman of a gentle disposition.

She may have since been short with you or otherwise seems to have an unpleasant disposition when you walk in the room.

James Bond is a real diplomat with a bland disposition and Sean is the perfect counterpart on the screen.

Such a verse clearly suggests that our Lord Jesus was equipped with a buoyant disposition.

Hence there arises a natural dialectic, that is, a disposition to argue against these strict laws of duty... and if possible, to make them more compatible with our wishes and inclinations...

I have the disposition of the land in question.

We are men of like disposition.

    Their disposition ruffled perceptibly lately.

My girlfriend is a person with a facile disposition. Ok.

Her sweet disposition was her greatest recommendation to be my wife.

She is a woman of gentle disposition.(woman with a gentle disposition)
She may have since been short with you or otherwise seem to have an unpleasant disposition when you walk into the room.

James Bond is a real diplomat with a bland disposition and Sean is his perfect counterpart on the screen.

Such a verse clearly suggests that our Lord Jesus was equipped with a buoyant disposition. Fine.

Hence there arises a natural dialectic, that is, a disposition to argue against these strict laws of duty... and if possible, to make them more compatible with our wishes and inclinations... OK

    She is a woman of a gentle disposition.Rather formal and/or old-fashioned.
She may have (since) been short with you or otherwise seemsed to have an unpleasant disposition when you walk in the room. I don't think you'd notice someone's unpleasant disposition when you walk into a room.
James Bond is a real diplomat with a bland disposition and Sean is the perfect counterpart on the screen. This does not sound natural to me
Such a verse clearly suggests that our Lord Jesus was equipped with a buoyant disposition. Unnatural

Hence there arises a natural dialectic, that is, a disposition to argue against these strict laws of duty... and if possible, to make them more compatible with our wishes and inclinations... This is a rather formal sentence, and seems to work.

I have the disposition of the land in question. Fine, in a formal, legalistic text.
We are men of like disposition. Old-fashioned.
Their disposition ruffled perceptibly lately. Not really.
There are 2120 sentences containg 'disposition' here Corpus of Contemporary American English (COCA). If you read a few dozen of those, you may get a feeling for the word.
