Default getting too bad to see?

    Hello, teachers.

Here is a model answer to a translation question from Japanese to English.

    1. I can't stand seeing the Japanese economic situation getting worse these past few years.

Do the following sound natural to you native speakers and mean almost the same as #1?

    2. In recent years, Japan's economy is getting too bad to see.
    3. I can't bear seeing the aggravation of the Japanese economy.
    4. Recently, the Japanese economy's deterioration can't bear to be seen.
    5. I can't bear to see the deterioration of the economic conditions in Japan for the past few year.

If some of them are not natural and don't mean almost the same as #1, would you mind correcting and modifying them? I'd really appreciate it if you'd do so.

Thank you very much, teacher, for your help in advance.

    yam.

5 is OK, but I would say over the past few years and remove the article before economic conditions.
