    Default property for the deceased

    I know Bo's property means Bo's money, houses...etc.

What do we call the money, houses for the deceased?

You can refer to someone's "estate" to mean all that is left behind. Is that what you mean?

I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
