What does the "non-verbally uninformed" mean in the context below?
"Adam never knew that, in Western cultures, men wearing chocolate coloured suits turn women off, or that a goatee beard, while it may be a fashion statement, subconsciously repels older people because of its association with Satan. And the earring and the overstuffed brief case... well, these items are taken to interviews by the non-verbally uninformed."

It means "people who are ignorant of the significance of non-verbal communication". It's rather clumsy, in my opinion.

I don't think it's going to catch on as a phrase- it is rather awkward IMO.
