Default use of hold and move on TV

Hi, it's me again.

I have a doubt about the use of:
hold, hold it, hold up, hold on. They are very used on TV.

How can I use them? They seem to have the same meaning.

One more question: When should I use move and move it

Well. Thanks so much in advance.
