    Hello

    I want to ask English people about( tuition fees) in the universities

    the history and the present and the near future

    I heard that the government pay for the students and then after they graduate they have to pay the money back

    I want to know if this happened in the past,now and the future

    please I need you to explain that to me with details

    because I want to write essay about tuition fees in the UK,,, and I need to evaluate the situation

    Oryx, why did you use parentheses in this sentence? This is not how we use them in English. Did you want to stress "tuition fees"? If so, you could use italics or underline the phrase:

    I want to ask English people about tuition fees in the universities

    or

    I want to ask English people about tuition fees in the universities

    I don't think this is necessary here though.
