I think I don't know when I should use the preposition "of" in a sentence.
I would appreciate it if someone could correct my sentences, and tell me what time I should use "of" and when time should not. Thanks.

I can not fulfil the job requirements.
I can not fulfil the requirements of the job.
1) I can not fulfil the job requirements.
2) I can not fulfil the requirements of the job.
They mean the same thing.. (2) probably gives emphasis to 'requirements'.
I would use 'of' with phrases e.g.:
technical requirements of the job
would be preferable to
job technical requirements.
not a teacher.

Therefore, there is no mistake with of or without of to all my sentences???
No. It's a matter of preference.
And please use one question mark only.
