It's something that gives you a quick burst of energy. I think what you posted probably came from an advert for a drink or some food perhaps. There are drinks and foods which can give a fast energy boost, so it sounds to me like they are saying that you can take it everywhere you go and eat/drink it when you need to get some energy quickly.
