    Yes, it is correct.

    Possibly you confuse yourself by underlining the wrong part.

    I don't want to talk about who you are.

    should be:
    I don't want to talk about who you are. Who are you? I don't want to talk about it!

    I wondered if the OP was confused as to whether it should be "who" or "whom", given that it is preceded by a preposition.

    I will talk about whom(soever) I choose.
    I don't want to talk about who you are.
