Default that and which in a sentence!

hi everyone, please could you help out with this?
1-- Which of the birds that/which sings beautiful like a person?
2--Who is the person that/who brings presents for christmas?

I wish to ask here that both "that/which" in question number 1 have thesame meaning onlike "that/who" in number 2 question?
    e;g

ANSWERS: 1a-- The Nightingal is the bird that sings beautiful like a person.
b-- The Nightingal is the bird which sings beautiful like a person.
Do 1a and 1b have thesame meaning with the "that and which" in the them?

    THANKS.

"Who is the person who brings presents for Christmas?" is fine.

With your first, if you start with "Which of..." the sentence wouldn't carry on as you have written. To elicit the answer you want, we would use:

"Which is the bird that sings as beautifully as a person?"
"What is the name of the bird that sings as beautifully as a person?"
