    Default Going boating

    A. A red light district operates in daylight openly in Thailand. These people really defy the police.
    B. People feel so broken-hearted about the instance of 7 middle school students drowning while going boating last week.

Are these sentences natural to say in conversations?

    Thank you so much

No one would say these sentences in conversation. They are newspaper stories.
    You might hear:
"There's a red light district in Thailand that operates openly in daylight ..."

A: "People are feeling so broken-hearted about those kids who drowned in that boating accident."
    B: "Oh, I didn't hear about that."
A: "Yes, seven middle school students drowned."
