Business Letter The kind of lamp you provide is very interesting and we are thinking to place/of placing an order to you.
Which of the two expressions in bold in more suitable for a business letter and why, please?

Teacher Re: Business Letter "...thinking of placing..." is the correct form. We don't "think to do/doing" something, we "think of doing" something. Also, we "place an order with" someone.
