    Default Heaven Forbid

    "Heaven forbid!"

"Heaven" is a single unit, and it appears "forbid" is not in the third person form.

It's subjunctive = 'May heaven (=God) help us'.

    'Britannia rule the waves.'
    .Heaven/God help us.'.
    'Long live the Queen.'
