Are these sentences correct:
1-You have are using magical ideas to explain what happened, not to
scientific ones.
2- You have are using supernatural ideas to explain what happened, not to
scientific ones.
Obviously "ideas" in question do not work any magic,
They are basically based on belief in the supernatural.
Thanks a lot RealPeopleTalk.
I messed up, didn't I? I don't know how the "have" and "to" got in there! I think I combined two different sentences together!
1-You are using magical ideas to explain what happened, not scientific ones.
2- You are using supernatural ideas to explain what happened, not scientific ones.
you have used magical ideas to explain what has happened, not scientific ones
or
you used magical ideas to explain what has happened, not scientific ones
or
you used magical ideas to expleain what happened, not scientific ones
are these sentences considered correct ?
I'm afriad I can't really get it, why did you use a present perfect first and then you used a past simple ? why didn't you use a present perfect too ?
