I have read the old threat titled "an eyes for you" where mentioned about playboy.

My question:

Tim involved with Bo intimately. But Tim only contacted with Bo twice a year which Bo very sad about that. One day, Tim texted Bo that he got married on the previous day with out much to say but claimed he saw Bo only as a particularly best among all othe best friends Then what do we call this kind of man. I don't think playboy would be approriate as he is very kind man.

Then what do we call Tim's position if she a woman?
