    1. There are 2 tablets of medicine for cold. You can take them after lunch break.

    2. There are 2 tablets of medicine for cold. You can take it after lunch break..

    .3. There are 2 sofas in my room. You can move them away on Monday..

    4. There are 2 sofas in my room. You can move it away on Monday.

    A) I heard some native English speaker said all of them during conversation. Can I know which one is correct?

    B) Are the above sentences correct?

    Use "them". "It" is not correct because "two tablets" is plural, but "it" is singular. No number concord.

    No, the above sentences are not correct and I don't believe they were spoken by a native English speaker.

    We'd say 'Here are two tablets for your cold. You can take them after lunch.'

    'There are two sofas in my room. You can take them away on Monday.
