    What are the differences between :

    She has a temperature.

    She has a fever.

    Everyone has a temperature, but not everyone has a fever.
    Colloquially, people might say, "She has a temperature" meaning "She has an elevated termperature", and this would normally be understood. But 'fever' is better, for obvious reasons.
