Barb is right if you're talking about a real friend.
If you're talking about being removed from an online friend list, you can say, "You unfriended me?"

but I learnt that *are* and *is* mustn't come after pronouns in a question formula
and they must come before *are* and *is*

e.g

you are going to the town ? - this is considered wrong -
are you going to the town ? - this is considered right -

but I'm confused because I always hear in American movies and series
the first formula which the pronoun come first and then *are* or *is* in a questioning way
