My boss said in a meeting the following sentence:
We cannot appeal anymore because they send it back and say it is MUTE!
How do you spell the last word in this sentence? Mute?
I believe he is saying it makes no difference when you submit the paperwork, as the information has changed therefore it is MUTE!
