Help with letter

I have just finished a five-year study dentistry in Belgrade and I would like to enroll in graduate in UK. Can you help me put together a letter to the embassy, I am interested what are the conditions for students from Serbia and in whether it is possible to get a scholarship and is it possible to get a list of schools for foreign students. Zavrsio sam stomatologiju u Beogradu i sad bih hteo da upisem post diplomske u Britaniji. Hocu da posaljem pismo ambasadi da pitam koji su uslovi za upis postdiplomskih ( cuo sam da mora da se polaze test u konzulatu), da li je moguce dobiti stipedinju i spisak skola za strane studente
