    Default turn over

Now, please turn over the the sheet on your desk.

In this case "to turn over" means to turn the sheet so that we can read the other side, actually it means to turn the side that was facing down, so that it can face up...is that correct?

But what verb should I use just to mean that I want to turn the page, for example from page 37 to page 39 which is on another sheet of the book? "Turn over" too? or Simply "turn"?

"Turn the page [to page 39]"; "Turn to page 39".
