Here are a few examples of adverbs that don't end in -ly:
Adverbs of manner: (HOW) well, hard; She speaks well; They work hard.
Adverbs of time: (WHEN) then, now, soon
Adverbs of frequency: (HOW MANY TIMES) sometimes, often, never
