    Smile asking a question

I have applied for a membership and I have not hear a reply from them yet. I would like to send a email to ask how is it going on, but I am not sure about the correct words to ask. Please suggest any sentences that are suitable to use. Thanks

I thought of some sentences to use in my email but I am not sure if they are right. If there are better ways of expressing my thoughts, please let me know.

    A) I did not hear a reply after I have sent my last email. May I know how is my application going on?

    B) May I know how is my application progressing?

'I hope you received my email of 10th Sept.

May I ask if my application for membership is under consideration?'

    Is it wrong to say:

how is my application going on

    how is my application progressing

No. But you need to punctuate them correctly.

You can say "How is my application coming along?".
