a large display, a wireless mouse and a touch screen
Dear teachers,
If I would say, " it features a large display, a wireless mouse and a touch screen"
Is it correct grammar? or should I say " it features large display, wireless mouse and touch screen"?

Thank you
You should use a serial comma. Your second sentence is ambiguous. Is the touch screen wireless?
I would use the unambiguous version.
