    Default ambiguity?

    1-That's praise from one of your biggest enemies.

    Can this sentence mean two things:
    1a-That is praise and what's more, it is coming from one of your biggest enemies.
    1b-Since it is coming from one of your biggest enemies, it should be considered praise. (normally it wouldn't but since it it one of your biggest enemies that has said it, it is praise)

    Context should make the intended meaning clear.
