Difference of "is" and "has been"

He is with me for ten years.
He has been with me for ten years. what is the difference of these sentence or both are same meaning?

The first sentence is incorrect. We don't use the present tense in this context.

Please note that we ask "What is the difference between...?", not "difference of".
