Default He knew all along that she would find a nice guy.

    Hello,

This semester I am reading a refresher course for fellow teachers from the other departments, and we are reading the book called 'A Kind Of Loving' by Stan Barstow.
These are the lines from a summary of Chapter 1 written by one student:

This year Christmas for Browns is special. Their oldest daughter Chris gets married. And her brother Vic is very happy for her. He knew all along that she would find a nice guy.

I would change it this way:
This year Christmas has been/is special for the Browns. Their oldest daughter Chris is getting married and her brother Vic is happy for her.

But my question is about the last sentence. What if I change it this way:
He has known all along that she will find a nice guy.

I would be grateful to you for sharing your opinion.

    It doesn't sound wrong.

"He knows ... that she will ..."
"He knew ... that she would ..."
You can write "He has known that she would..." but there's no reason to use the present perfect tense here.
