    Default your head outside itself

Would you please rewrite the following in red more easily?

Do one small thing everyday, even if it's just walking your dog on a completely new route. The idea is to get your head outside itself and stimulate your senses through dashes of adventure.

    Thank you.

If you break routines, you give your mind a new perspective, so simply taking a different route will enable you to see new things and stimulate your mind in different ways.
