    REMINDER: NOT A TEACHER

    (1) May I most gently remind you that some teachers might be happier if you

    added a comma:

Perhaps you do not know (that) I have a car and a jeep, besides a big house in a

    good locality.

    (a) "besides a big house in a good locality" seems to be some extra information that

you are adding. If you wanted the information NOT to be extra, you might consider:

Perhaps you do not know (that) I have a car, a jeep, and a big house in a good

    locality.

Besides? Do you mean "next to"? If so, then the word is "beside".

Or do you mean "as well as"?

It needs a full stop at the end.

In that case, I would rearrange the word order in your original sentence and use:

Perhaps you do not know this but besides a big house in a good neighbourhood, I also have a car and a jeep.
