    (1) I congratulate you on trying to use the word "whom." But I think that you have made

    a mistake that some native speakers also make.

    (2) Actually, the sentence is "Here is the man who committed suicide."

    (a) According to many books, the words "I think" are just a comment "thrown into"

    the sentence. They should be ignored in analysis.

    (3) I think the tenses are correct. A police officer might point to a corpse and say

    that sentence.
